Statements of Financial Interests Search
The City's Governmental Ethics Ordinance requires City employees compensated at a specified annual rate, and the Mayor, City Treasurer and City Clerk, and members of City Board and Commissions that are not solely advisory, to file each year a Statement of Financial Interests with the Board of Ethics. Aldermen file their Statements with the City Clerk's Office. Statements are available for public inspection, with certain private information (home address, employee id #) removed. Approximately 11,200 employees and officials filed in 2009. For a list of City Boards and Commissions whose members are required to file Statements, please click here.

You can search for, view and/or print any filed 2009 or 2010 Statement by completing the search information below. The filer's last name is a required field, as is the year of the form (currently, only 2009 and 2010 Statements are available through this site). Please note that many Statements do not contain the filer's department. You might consider leaving that field blank and using simply the name fields.

Note: the Board of Ethics maintains these Statements for 7 years after they are filed. To examine Statements filed in 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004 and 2003, please contact the Board of Ethics. Statements filed after 2010 will also be made available through the City's website.
Enter one or more criteria in the form below. If you do not know the exact name, enter a partial name or string in a name field and append it with an asterisk * as a wildcard. For example, John** in Last name will return such matches as John, Johnson, Johnston, etc.
